NAPF annual conference – BREAKING NEWS – Jeannie Drake to replace Myners at PADA

Drake takes over on a caretaker basis following Myners’ appointment to the newly created role of Minister for the City.
The appointment was announced by James Purnell, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, at the NAPF annual conference in Glasgow today.
PADA will enter into a recruitment process for a replacement in due course.
Purnell said: “Jeannie was part of the formidable triumvirate that formed the Pensions Commission and I am very pleased she has agreed to take the post. We will be recruiting as permanent replacement in due course.”
