National Pension Trust, the DC mastertrust from Xafinity, is appointing Andy Flynn and Jonathan Hight-Warburton to build its defined contribution pensions offering.
Flynn, who was formerly workplace marketing manager at Zurich, takes the role of head of DC communications. Prior to Zurich he worked at Prudential and Axa.
Hight-Warburton joins from Xerox where he was senior commercial contracts executive, taking the role of bid manager. Prior to Xerox he was at Buck Consultants.
