Nest Corporation has prompted Camilla Egginton to the new role chief strategy and transformation officer (CSTO) of its pension scheme.
This is a new addition to Nest’s executive team and Nest says the role signifies its commitment to being a “purpose-led organisation”.
Egginton joined Nest in 2012, and has worked in various roles, most recently as transformation director. During her time in this role, she was instrumental in delivering Nest’s new corporate strategy and shaping an approach to transformational delivery.
Nest says Egginton will bring commercial and corporate experience to the role having previously worked for a top four consulting firm and Ofgem, the energy regulator
Nest CEO Ian Cornelius says: “[Egginton’s]appointment reflects both the invaluable contribution she has made in her position as transformation director, as well as her deep knowledge of how Nest operates from the senior strategic and delivery roles she has held in over a decade’s service.
