Former PIB head Clare Dare joins neurodiversity support platform

NeuroBridge has appointed Clare Dare, head of partnerships, as the business looks to expand awareness of its workplace neurodiversity support platform.

NeuroBridge provides workplace neuroinclusion support through its Neuroinclusion Support (NIS™) framework, The Bridge. The platform is designed to support employees, managers and HR teams, allowing workers to request workplace adjustments while giving employers anonymised data to help improve inclusion and better understand workforce needs.

In a LinkedIn post, Dare said: “As some of you will know, a passion for inclusivity and ensuring all employees have support, particularly in relation to neurodiversity, means earlier this year I decided on a change in career direction. I wanted to find a place where I could support those employees in finding and staying in employment in a more focused way.

“Having met with the team at NeuroBridge®, I saw clearly how their solution could benefit employers seeking to ensure their total workforce felt supported and enabled to do their role and to create an environment where all can thrive.

“I am excited to be able to share the NeuroBridge® solution with my employee benefit peers, insurers and clients.”

Dare joins from PIB Employee Benefits, where she was head of specialist consulting. She was previously group risk and flexible benefits director at Broadstone as well as head of group risk at Hymans Robertson.
