New structures at Axa Corporate Benefits and Axa PPP healthcare

Axa corporate benefits managing director Paul McMahon has unveiled the leadership team he has put in place to take the business forward.

McMahon, who was formerly managing director of Axa Distribution Services, took up his post at the beginning of October. He will be supported by director of sales and marketing Colin Williams. Williams was previously executive director of DC pensions at Fidelity.

Bryan Hill moves with McMahon from the Axa Distribution Services business which has been responsible for building the Elevate wrap proposition. Hill has a history in the design, build and delivery of new business models in Australia and the UK. Hill and Williams join commercial director Marcus Gent and operations director Donna Trapnell, who will both remain part of the leadership team at Axa.

McMahon has been a member of the management board of the Axa Life business since joining the group and previously held the roles of strategy and marketing director for Axa Life in the UK.

Nick Groom, distribution director, (sales and marketing) at Axa PPP healthcare is also unveiling a new leadership team as part of an organisational review of the business as a fully integrated health and wellbeing player.

Paul Moulton is appointed sales and client relationship management director and will be responsible for management of the intermediary distribution channel as well as for management of Axa PPP healthcare and Axa ICAS’ existing clients. John Anderson is appointed new business development director primarily responsible for developing and managing direct and third party distribution channels for Axa PPP healthcare and Axa

ICAS. Iain McMillan is appointed aligned distribution partners director, while Stephen Galliano remains chief executive of Axa ICAS. Joanne Richardson is appointed head of operations.

Groom says: “By bringing the components of our business closer togetherwe willfurther evidence the beneficial relationship that exists between early medical intervention, through triage, to appropriate clinical support -thus improving service and reducing the cost of employment.”
