AllianceBernstein is appointing Jamie Hammond as UK CEO and head of the EMEA client group. He will lead AB’s European, Middle Eastern and African businesses, reporting to Robert Keith, Global Head of the firm’s Client Group.
Hammond joins from Franklin Templeton where he was managing director for Europe, heading its retail and institutional efforts across the region. He has more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to Franklin Templeton he was the sales & marketing director for Europe at Fiduciary Trust International, having previously served as national sales manager at Hill Samuel Asset Management from November 1996 until June 2000.
AB has 11 offices across EMEA, managing more than $60bn on behalf of retail and institutional clients.
