Aegon is revolutionising retirement savings through our investment solutions. We have received FCA approval for all three Long-Term Asset Funds (LTAFs), set to house the private market investments of our largest default. This significant development represents a key milestone for UBC, targeting enhanced outcomes and value for money for over 700,000 members.
In addition, we’re making important changes to our Master Trust default fund, Lifepath. A key focus of the enhancements is to maximise the potential for growth by keeping members invested in equities for longer by shortening the glidepath length. We’ll also continue to focus on our commitment to ESG, aiming to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2030, achieve net-zero by 2050, and invest £500 million in climate solutions by 2026.
Our DC pension schemes cater to both members and their families, enabling inter-generational financial planning. Our More ways to save proposition includes ISAs and GIAs, and family price match allows the wider family to benefit from the same competitive charges as the scheme member.
