The enhancements include a consultative service that offers ongoing analysis of the GIP scheme enabling clients to track trends in claims as well as advice on ways to improve the scheme.
The service, called Key Account Solutions offers tailored claim reports to facilitate analysis of the claims experience, two meetings a year with a designated manager to review performance and dedicated contacts within the company.
The provider says employee sickness absence is currently costing British businesses £12.2bn a year.
