Partners& expands employee benefits team with new acquisition

Employee benefits broker Direct Healthline has been bought by Partners& for an undisclosed sum. 

Partners& also announced it was entering into a strategic partnership with advice firm Advo Group, which will see it look after Advo’s larger corporate clients. 

It said these two deals were part of its plans to continue to build its employee benefits proposition. 

Those working at the Direct Healthline, which is based in Royal Wootton, will join the Partners& team, with the firm’s managing director Isobel Skeates reporting into Marcia Reid, managing partner of the Partners& wellbeing, engagement and benefit teem. 

Advo Group said this partnership would allow it to focus on the needs of its SME client base.
