People’s Partnership has appointed Allie Jenkin to be its new director of customer engagement.
Jenkin has over 20 years of experience in client-facing roles, having held senior leadership positions at Vanguard and Coutts. Her most recent role was head of client service and operations at Vanguard UK, where she was instrumental in developing the company’s direct-to-consumer business and led transformational and large-scale programmes.
In this new role for People’s Partnership she will oversee both the customer support hub and guidance teams, and will be be responsible for customer service standards.
Her appointment at comes at a significant time for People’s Partnership as the DC pensions industry undergoes rapid changes. People’s Partnership runs The People’s Pension master trust, one of the largest master trusts and on track to meet the government’s new £25bn target for AUM by 2030.
