Phoenix Group has made two key appointments to its executive committee with Bríd Meaney promoted to Heritage CEO as well as Jackie Noakes who becomes chief transformation officer
This is following the news that after serving the company for 18 years as CEO and Heritage Group Director, Andy Moss will be retiring,
Bríd Meaney joined the Group in 2021 and has collaborated closely with Andy Moss ever since. Before joining Phoenix Group, she spent more than ten years as a Partner with the KPMG Advisory division.
Noakes will lead and improve Phoenix Group’s ability to change, as well as drive and manage the Group’s change programmes, in a new chief transformation officer position that the Company has also created. She formerly served as global chief operating officer at the Bank of Ireland. Her previous positions included CEO of Mature Savings at Legal & General and top positions at both American Express and Legal & General.
The two appointments bring the proportion of women on the Phoenix Group Executive Committee to almost 42 per cent.
