Pi Pension Trustees has partnered with technology company Knowa to offer a new governance platform to trustee boards.
This platform will enable trustees to store key documents, record and monitor progress against governance requirements and record decisions made. It says this should improve the way boards collaborate, communicate and access information, and will be available all Pi Pension Trustee clients, regardless of size.
Knowa’s AI enabled search facility, which is embedded in the platform, will also give Pi Pension Trustees instant access to relevant scheme information. Pi Pension Trustees says this partnership will enable it to deliver a market-leading service in scalable value for money service proposition.
Knowa spokesman Will Henderson says: “In the past companies had to build in-house products to facilitate these custom solutions, but Knowa’s flexible platform has enabled it to work with the Pi team to deliver the functionality 10 times cheaper than the cost of a bespoke build and with the versatility to adapt to changing requirements over time”.
