PIB Group has acquired the employee benefits division of Creative, an employee benefits intermediary and workplace pension provider based in Croydon.
Creative’s employee division and client book will operate under the PIB Employee Benefits brand from 1 December 2022.
Its employee benefits division is made up of a competent group of consultants with experience in employee benefits, with a focus on workplace pensions in particular.
The deal would strengthen an existing cooperation with Cushon, the workplace savings and pension fintech that recently purchased Creative’s multi-employer workplace pension, Creative Pension Trust.
