Independent trustee firm PAN Governance has been selected as corporate director, with Delo appointed as chairman. Pickering joins as a director of the new trust company. B&CE says that while its current board structure consists of a balance between member representation, employer representation and independent financial services experts, the fact that The People’s Pension will be available to all employers in the UK means its new trust company and governance structure needs wider independent representation.
