Independent trustee and governance services provider PTL has appointed Mark Stopard as its new head of proposition development.
Stopard has over 30 years’ experience in pensions. He joins PTL from Just Group where he was director of new solutions. He has also worked for Mercer, Sun Life Financial, Aon, Origen Financial Services and north American insurer The Hartford, where we was pensions director.
