Quantum Advisory has expanded its investment consulting team in London and relocated to new offices in Old Bailey.

Kara Newcombe, who previously worked at Broadstone, has been appointed as a senior investment consultant. Ben Amenya has joined as an investment consultant from XPS.

Newcombe is an Institute and Faculty of Actuaries fellow. She left the Government Actuary’s Department after four years to go into investment consulting with Broadstone, where she stayed for ten years.

Amenya is a Chartered Financial Analyst who has worked for Alexander Forbes and JLT.

Quantum Advisory partner and head of investment Amanda Burdge says: “Following a sustained period of growth in investment work within the South East, the decision to expand our London team was an easy one to make. We are delighted to welcome Kara and Ben to the team. Their depth of skills and knowledge will help us to continue to deliver an expanding range of services to our existing clients and enable us to maximise new business opportunities as they arise.”

Quantum Advisory partner and head of London team Rhidian Williams says: “With the London team’s continued expansion it was time to look for a new office. After a significant change in the world of work over the last two years our new home now also reflects our efficient hybrid working arrangements whilst offering clients a flexible, safe meeting space. We are pleased to welcome Kara and Ben to the team and new office and look forward to meeting all of our London based clients here during 2022.”
