Communications consultancy Quietroom has appointed Chloe Taylor to be its first chief executive.
The firm which works across the pensions, investment and insurance sectors has been employee-owned since 2020. Taylor, who is currently a director of the firm will take up the new CEO role at the start of next year.
The consultancy says it hopes this will help it expand the business and cement its position within the pensions market.
Taylor says: “Quietroom is a team of smart, creative and fun people that I love working with as we strive to make things more accessible for members and consumers. There are many opportunities for our clients and the industries we work in at the moment. And It’s going to take lots of collaboration between lots of different specialisms to make the most of them.”
Quietroom co-founder and chair Vincent Franklin adds:“Since joining us in 2016, [Taylor] has made a real difference to Quietroom and its clients. I have no doubt that she will successfully lead the company into our next phase of growth, while making sure we stay true to the culture and values that make Quietroom the company it is today.”
