Redington has made multiple senior promotions with Jill Davys, Katherine FitzGerald, Tara Gillespie, Anastasia Guha and Paul Lee all being promoted to managing director.
Overall, Redington’s 28 promotions across its investment consulting, global assets, ALM, manager research, sustainable investment and development teams will take effect in July 2023.
Davys joined Redington in 2021 as head of LGPS, focusing on building partnerships and thought leadership within the LGPS space.
FitzGerald, Redington’s chief people officer since 2020, leads the firm’s people agenda, strategy, and operations, with a dedicated focus on maintaining Redington’s unique culture and employee well-being.
Gillespie, as head of global assets, leads Redington’s advisory business growth for key strategic non-pension asset owners and intermediaries both in the UK and internationally.
Guha, global head of sustainable investment since 2021, leads the firm’s global sustainability strategy, integrating it across different business channels, including the Ada Fintech platform.
Lee, also joining in 2021, serves as head of stewardship and sustainable investment strategy, overseeing Redington’s delivery of stewardship and sustainability services, contributing to shaping the market in these areas.
