Redington has promoted Stuart Campbell, Alexandra Gilmour, Tricia Ward and Oliver Wayne to managing director.

Campbell, who joined Redington in April 2021, oversees the implementation team and has over 20 years of expertise in transition and implementation for asset managers and consultancies.

Gilmour, general counsel since October 2022, has nearly two decades of legal experience, including a decade in the investment industry.

Wayne has been head of manager research at Redington since September 2016 and has made major contributions to the firm’s UK and European public equities research.

Additionally, Ward has been with Redington since June 2021 and leads private markets. She has over 20 years of experience in alternative investments, particularly private credit for pension funds and family offices.

The firm has also announced 27 internal promotions for its global assets, investment consulting, and manager research departments.

Redington CEO Sylvia Pozezanac says: “Redington’s success resides in the quality of our people. Consistently delivering world-class work and looking to surpass clients’ expectations, these four outstanding individuals are talented leaders who embody the Redington values. Their promotions are an important recognition of their growth, talent and success, as well as the everyday contributions that make Redington a leader in our industry and a fun, rewarding place for us all to work.

“Each and every one of our promotion candidates have made significant contributions to both their teams and the wider business. I wish them all the very best in their new roles and cannot wait to see what the future holds.”
