Burns launched Capita Employee Benefits in October 2012, following the merger of Bluefin Corporate Consulting and Capita’s pension administration firm, Capita Hartshead.
Ring joined Capita Employee Benefits as chief operating officer in September 2013 and has been responsible for overseeing all business functions since then. Previously, Susan was regional managing director of Capita Life and Pensions and, prior to joining Capita, she was the chief executive of Unum’s UK and European operations. The appointments were made last Friday.
