Schroders has appointed Rachel Harris as its head of UK institutional.
Hariss will lead the development and delivery of Schroders’ UK institutional strategy, driving growth across the firm’s client base and will report to the head of UK client group, Phil Middleton.
Harris joined Schroders in 2022 and has held several senior roles, including head of DC and retirement solutions. She was most recently a business partner to group chief executive officer Richard Oldfield. Prior to joining Schroders, she held positions at Aviva Investors, Janus Henderson and Credit Suisse First Boston.
According to Schroders, the appointment reinforces its commitment to the UK market and focus on continued growth.
