Simplyhealth’s ‘on demand’ discounted and self-pay services will now be offered through the Hapi employee benefits platform.
This broadens the existing partnership between cash plan provider Simplyhealth and Personal Group, which offers this benefits platform.
These services include physiotherapy, mental health support, women’s and men’s health services, nutrition support, diagnostic testing and neurodiversity assessments. All are clinically approved by Simplyhealth and offered on a self-pay or discounted basis alongside standard workplace benefits.
Simplyhealth says that this link will mean more an additional million people across the UK will have improved access to healthcare and wellbeing support.
The agreement will also enable Simplyhealth to offer Hapi to its own clients, extending access to Personal Group’s employee benefits and engagement technology to more employers and employees across the UK.
The expanded partnership builds on the strategic agreement announced in March 2026, which brought together Simplyhealth’s health plans and healthcare services with Personal Group’s financial protection products and employee engagement expertise.
Both organisations says they will continue to develop their joint proposition, helping employers provide practical, accessible support for employees across different roles, locations and working patterns.
Simplyhealth chief executive officer Paul Schreier says: “People are more likely to engage with support when it’s easy to find, easy to access and integrated into their everyday experience.

Personal Group chief executive officer Paula Constant adds: “Bringing Simplyhealth’s On Demand services into Hapi means we can give employers a broader range of health and wellbeing support through an experience their employees already know and use, while continuing to combine digital access with the face-to-face engagement that helps people understand what’s available to them.
