Simplyhealth has launched a suite of affordable, flexible healthcare solutions to help businesses provide accessible health benefits for employees.
The new solutions include customisable health packages, with bolt-on funding solutions and quick claims, alongside on-demand access to discounted services like diagnostic scans, neurodiversity assessments, and menopause coaching.
Simplyhealth’s solutions, including the £3/month Simply Essentials digital subscription, aim to address these concerns by offering 24/7 virtual GP access, mental health support, and physiotherapy assessments.
The product portfolio also features Simply Fund It, a customisable funding solution for healthcare services, and the Simply Health Plan, which offers comprehensive coverage for businesses.
Additionally, Simplyhealth’s on-demand services provide discounted self-pay options like expert-led coaching, neurodiversity assessments, and discounted physio and eyewear. These solutions aim to improve employee health outcomes while offering simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
Research suggests that 73 per cent of UK businesses want to improve employee healthcare but face challenges such as rising costs, unused benefits, and coverage for pre-existing conditions.
