Aimed at companies with between 100 and 1,000 policy members, Standard Life Healthcare says corporate healthcare is designed to suit all budgets and company needs, regardless of whether they are switching from an existing plan or building from scratch.
Health and wellbeing support is available for companies that want preventative benefits as well as full medical cover for their employees. Other options include occupational health support, an employee assistance programme, health screening and a GP consultation line or nurse helpline.
With corporate healthcare, employers can pick and choose cover to construct a plan to match their needs and budget, including stand-alone cash plans and travel cover. A range of funding options is offered, depending on the number of employees in the plan, with the capability to offer either employer-paid or part employee-paid flexible schemes.
Liam Kennedy, national development manager, intermediary & corporates sales division, Standard Life Healthcare, says: “Our business healthcare plan has proved extremely popular with the SME market. We are now bringing to market a comparable product for the larger corporates. We believe that the ‘mix and match’ approach delivers the flexibility such companies require and, allied to our renowned customer service and full cover promise, we are confident that we are launching a very attractive proposition.”
