Fintech start-up Alltogether has launched a new online employee benefits platform for SMEs.
The platform has been designed to simplify administration for SMEs, while offering a better user experience for employees by consolidating core benefits and facilitating personalised access.
The service is tailored to businesses with between 50 and 250 employees. Employees get personalised access to a dashboard, which enables them to view all their employee benefits in one place. This includes healthcare, protection and lifestyle benefits as well as wellbeing policies and support services, such as EAPs (employee assistance programmes).
Manchester-based Alltogether also provides a total reward statement for employees, providing a clear breakdown of the overall value of their benefits package, allowing them to better understand the rewards received as part of their employment.
Alltogether founder Zak Fenton says: ”Over 40 per cent of employees don’t know about or understand their benefits, so it made sense to look at the way employees interact with those benefits. Employee benefits platforms are traditionally prohibitively expensive, and typically only available to large employers, so we wanted to create something accessible to everyone.
“We want to transform the way SMEs approach employee benefits by providing a central hub for accessing and managing all their benefits, while also providing valuable insights through personalised total reward statements.”
He said the group was currently in the process of finding 100 SMEs to come on board as early adopters, an and would welcome contact from companies who would like to be involved in this process.
Since its inception, Alltogether has garnered support from industry experts and professionals and has forged strategic partnerships with leading insurance providers.
