S&W has appointed Marcus Peaker as practice leader, executive compensation, in its employee solutions team within business tax.
Peaker has over 20 years of expertise in executive remuneration and was formerly head of PwC’s executive compensation skills group.
He advised a broad portfolio of FTSE-listed clients on the design and implementation of cash and share-based incentive arrangements. His work included advising remuneration committees across multiple jurisdictions and supporting companies through complex governance, shareholder engagement and pre-IPO remuneration challenges.
He has advised boards across the UK, Ireland, the US, Australia and South Africa, including The Berkeley Group, Ocado and Watches of Switzerland.
