Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Jason Britton as its new commercial director.
Britton joins from Mercer Marsh Benefits, and will head up business development, client management and proposition development for the health, wellbeing, and protection business.
Towergate says Britton has a proven track record in leading growth across internal and external distribution channels, and a strong background in understanding client needs to build commercial trust and loyalty.
Towergate Health & Protection CEO Iain Laws says this appointment will help the company become the market-leading employee health and wellbeing benefits adviser in its chosen sectors and market segments.
