Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Kate Kilpatrick as its new head of marketing, employee benefits.
Her appointment follows a restructuring last year which saw Towergate create a centralised advisory marketing team. Kilpatrick will be part of this team and work in partnership with the Health & Protection business.
Kilpatrick has over 25 years’ experience in in employee benefits, branding, proposition development and marketing, most recently working at Willis Towers Watson where she led the marketing and proposition for health, protection, and employee benefits.
