Verlingue UK has appointed Melissa Liddicoat as deputy sales director for its employee benefits business.

Liddicoat, who has over ten years’ experience, brings expertise in the insurance and health benefits market, having worked with AXA Global Health, Gallagher and most recently Aon, where she led business development within the large mid-market team.

In her new role at Verlingue, she will focus on client development, team leadership, and supporting national sales performance. She will also represent Verlingue’s employee benefits proposition externally.

Liddicoat says: “Verlingue puts people and purpose at the centre of what it does .   I was excited by the chance to be part of a business where I could have a voice, make an impact, and help shape something special. Employee Benefits genuinely changes lives – and I’m proud to be in a role where we can deliver real value to employers and their people.”

Verlingue executive director – employee benefits Seb Merritt says: “Melissa has energy, experience and a passion for delivering exceptional employee benefit provision, with a clear focus on a customer-first mentality that makes us stand out in the market. She shares our ambition to grow through exceptional service, long-term relationships and intelligent consultancy. We’re excited to have her on board.”
