Vitality has appointed Bonnie Earl to be its national account manager, overseeing its the health insurer’s key intermediary and network partnerships.
Earl has more than 20 years’ experience across the protection and financial services sectors, eleven of which were spent at MetLife UK as intermediary relationship manager.
Prior to this, she worked as a in a field-based role at Zurich Insurance and began her career as a mortgage & protection adviser at Lloyds Banking Group.
She is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events and was recognised as MetLife UK’s top individual protection strategic manager in 2026.
Earl will report to Gary Eastall, head of national accounts. She will assist him in developing strategic partnerships across the market, and ensure advisers can access the information, support and insights they need to deliver good customer outcomes.
