WorkLife appoints new marketing manager

Employee benefits platform WorkLife by OpenMoney has appointed Magdalena Tulik as its new marketing manager.

Tulik has worked in marketing and business development across the professional and financial services sectors, most recently at legal firm Clyde & Co LLP.

In her new role she will have responsibility for the company’s marketing strategy, helping it expand its offering via a range of channels.

Managing director of WorkLife Niamh McLaughlin says: “WorkLife is on an ambitious growth trajectory, so Tulik’s experience will be invaluable as we look to reach even more employers and achieve our aim of making financial advice and employee benefits accessible and affordable to every UK business.”

Tulik says she was looking forward to helping re-shape the employee benefit sector, and said that high-quality marketing and communications had an essential role to play in growing businesses like WorkLife and extending the reach of employee benefits propositions.  She adds: “WorkLife believes that every employer – whether they have 50 or 50,000 employees – should be able to provide sought-after benefits which will make a genuine difference to people’s lives.”
