WorkLife partners with Cavendish Ware and Premier Choice

WorkLife by OpenMoney has partnered with Cavendish Ware and Premier Choice Healthcare to give employee benefits and financial advice to more people in the UK.

Cavendish Ware and Premier Choice Healthcare will be able to offer their corporate clients high-quality benefits to support all elements of their employees’ welfare thanks to their partnership with WorkLife. This includes regulated financial counselling and other money management tools, as well as an NHS-approved mental health assistance app and a variety of in-demand insurances and protections.

WorkLife announced its partnership with Aberdeen-based Futura in November of last year, and this latest news underscores WorkLife’s continuous commitment to providing every business in the UK with the tools they need to support and reward their staff.

WorkLife by OpenMoney head of sales Paul Chedzey says: “Our central goal is to ensure every business – regardless of size – can offer high-quality, but affordable, benefits and support that make a genuine difference to their employees’ lives. Partnering with corporate advisers is a crucial means for us to do exactly this.

“Having known the teams at Cavendish Ware and Premier Choice Healthcare for many years, I have every confidence they are the right partners for us as we work towards making the benefits and wellbeing market more accessible for all. We’re delighted to have them on board.”

Cavendish Ware associate director Roy McLoughlin says: “Our corporate clients are increasingly recognising the influence their benefits and wellbeing strategy can have on the overall success of their business. Partnering with WorkLife enables us to strengthen our capabilities in this area and provide an affordable means for business owners to offer tailored support for their workforce all on one platform – we’re looking forward to seeing what the future of this partnership holds.”

Premier Choice Healthcare sales director Darren Perkins says: “WorkLife is known for helping its clients be strategic in implementing workplace support that addresses the five key pillars of workers’ wellbeing – financial, mental, physical, social and environmental. With so many businesses currently facing difficulties in attracting and retaining staff, this partnership puts us in strong stead to help our clients stay ahead of the curve when it comes to rewarding and supporting employees.”
