WPA appoints head of distribution and proposition

WPA has promoted former general manager of business development, Kathryn Vellacott to its leadership team as head of distribution and proposition.

Vellacott will help steer WPA’s distribution agenda and product proposition, with a strong emphasis on innovation, customer value and long-term market resilience.

She has experience in shaping commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across the intermediary and corporate markets. She has held roles within the firm spanning business analytics, project management, intermediary relationship management and business development, working across all market sectors and distribution channels. 

According to WPA, Vellacott will play a pivotal role in aligning product development, distribution and digital strategies to ensure WPA is well-positioned to realise its full potential in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
