WTW launches AI workforce solution to boost productivity

WTW has launched a new AI workforce solution designed to help employers identify where artificial intelligence can deliver the greatest productivity gains and support workforce adoption.

The solution combines WTW’s jobs, skills and workforce data with two AI-enabled diagnostic tools. WorkVue Agent assesses the automation potential of roles across an organisation, while ChangeVue identifies the areas most ready for AI adoption.

WTW says the offering is designed to help employers target AI investment more effectively, redesign jobs and align skills, roles and rewards with changing workforce needs.

According to research conducted by WTW, AI could automate 60-70 per cent of tasks in highly structured administrative and operational roles, up to 75 per cent of repeatable tasks in industrial and frontline positions, and 20-35 per cent of tasks in professional and judgement-based roles.

WTW Health, Wealth & Career president Julie Gebauer says: “AI Workforce Transformation gives C-suite leaders the evidence they need to add AI where it drives the most productivity and growth, and to move faster than competitors who are still guessing.”

WTW global executive compensation and board advisory practice leader Shai Ganu says: “Boards don’t need more theory on AI—they need precision. As their mandates expand to cover human capital governance, fiduciary duty now means knowing exactly where AI creates value and how work must be redesigned to capture it. We’ve cracked that code.”

WTW global Employee Experience business leader Suzanne McAndrew says: “This era calls for change acceleration. As AI reshapes jobs, workflows and organisational structures, getting the human experience right will convert disruption into lasting competitive edge. It’s why we believe that while AI transforms work, people make it better.”
