XPS appoints new head of business development

XPS Administration has appointed Darryl James to be its new head of business development for private sector clients.

James has over 20 years’ industry experience and has been with XPS Administration since 2007, holding various leadership roles in operations and client relationship management.

He has been integral in the development of XPS Administration’s business, and has played a key role in competitive tenders as a consequence of his operational role.

More recently, he has been actively involved in the pension industry’s fight against scams, contributing to the industry’s code of best practice on this issue.

In his new role James will be taking on the challenge of meeting the company’s growth targets.

XPS Administration managing director David Watkins says: “ Our private sector clients will continue to benefit from James’ insights and expertise, which will be of particular value to those exploring outsourcing or complex transitions for the first time.

“Through this appointment, and others that will be focused on public sector growth, we will continue to drive our ambitious growth targets, building on the solid foundation of our nearly 1 million members for whom we administer pensions already.”
