XPS Group has expanded its risk settlement team with three new appointments.
Josué Silva joins from Just, Karine Reffreger from the Pension Protection Funds, and Alex Shepherd joins from WTW.
All have extensive experience and expertise in this area. The three new hires joined on 15 July and will focus on post-transaction projects, guiding clients through the transition from buy-in to buyout and wind-up. This comes after a significant increase in XPS-led buy-in transactions over the past 12 months.
