XPS Group has appointed Callum Stewart as defined contribution investment partner, after he previously had been head of investment strategy and proposition at Standard Life since 2023.
At XPS, he will expected to work with trustees, employers and DC asset managers to help them navigate evolving regulation, market volatility and the increasing focus on value for money and good member outcomes.
Sophia Singleton, head of DC at XPS, said: “The DC market is going through a major transition, and I am delighted that we have been able to attract someone with Callum’s experience and expertise to help take us to the next stage of our development. Callum will play a key role in helping our clients adapt to changing member needs, consolidation in the market and increasing regulatory scrutiny.”
Last month, XPS Group appointed 12 new partners and promoted 171 colleagues across the business.
