Zedra has acquired AAA Trustee Limited (AAA) and Trustee Matters Limited (TML), which both provide professional independent trustee services to UK corporate pension schemes.
Zedra says its footprint in the UK pension services market is now even stronger thanks to this acquisition, which comes after those of Inside Pensions and PTL in 2021 as well as Caledonian Trustees and Clear Pen Solutions earlier this year.
With over 100 years of combined business and pensions sector experience, the three directors of AAA and TML—Andrew Wadley, Shona Goulds, and Simon Byrne—bring with them a diversified and multi-skilled workforce, according to Zedra.
In due course, Zedra Governance Limited (formerly PTL), through which AAA and TML will sit alongside and report, will be completely merged under the Zedra name.
