Dalriada Trustees has made two new appointments, hiring Leanne Coomber and Aimee Nguyen as professional trustees.

These latest appointments follow a period of expansion for the professional trustee firm, with recent hires from the Government’s Actuary Department and Aon in recent months.

Coomber, has over has over 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry managing both DB and DC schemes. Prior to joining Dalriada she was trustee governance manager and scheme secretary for Bayer’s £1.5bn UK pension scheme. She has also previously worked with Aon and LCP. Coomber will be based in Dalriada’s Bristol office.

Nguyen has 10 years’ experience of working in pensions, most recently at Tesco where she was a pensions manager on its DB scheme. She has also held consultancy roles at PwC and Willis Towers Watson. Nguyen will be based in Dalriada’s London office.

These new appointments provide further support and capacity within Dalriada’s 150 strong nationwide team.

Dalriada chair Tom Lukic says: “Demand for leading professional trustee services has never been higher and I am delighted to welcome both to the Dalriada team.

“As we continue to meet the challenges of an ever-changing pensions world, it is of vital importance that we continue to invest in bringing new skills and talent in to our team, ensuring that the diversity of our team reflects that of the membership of the schemes we help to govern.

“I am sure that they will make valuable contributions to our business and clients and look forward to working with them both going forward.”
