Pi Consulting has appointed Nav Donovan as a senior consultant to its secretariat and governance team.
Donovan joins from Ross Trustees, where she was a senior associate and acted as scheme secretary and project lead and provided support services to trustee directors. She was previously a UK pension manager at Thales UK where she supported the design, strategy and operation for DB and DC pension arrangements, group risk/voluntary benefits, wellbeing and reward and recognition for 7,000 employees. Donovan also had responsibilities around executive savings plans, including impact assessment for annual allowance and lifetime allowance changes.
She has pension scheme secretary skills and experience across a wide range of governance projects, including GMP equalisation projects, enhanced transfer value and pension increase exercises.
Pi Consulting head of pension services Amanda Burden says: “Nav is an invaluable asset to the Pi team. She has experience in all aspects of scheme management and Trustee Executive support; her pension manager background gives her both the Trustee and Corporate perspective. This depth of experience continues our focus on providing a quality secretariat service that supports trustee boards in all aspects of today’s challenging environment.”
