Phoenix Group appoints Lindsay Boddison to the newly formed role of community investment consultant.
Boddison will be in charge of Phoenix Group’s community investment programme, advising on which activities to support in the communities where Phoenix’s employees live. She will also serve as the major point of contact for Phoenix’s formal school partnership programmes.
Boddison will be based in Phoenix’s Wythall office and comes to the community engagement team from ReAssure, where she spent the last six years in a learning and development role. She was most recently the HR engagement lead as well as the community engagement and fundraising champion. She will report to corporate social responsibility manager Lucy Symonds.
