Glenn Dobson has rejoined B&CE almost two years after taking early retirement from the provider behind The People’s Pension.
Dobson, who has held key roles at B&CE and Nest, rejoins as workplace engagement manager on a part-time basis. His new role involves developing and delivering workplace education and engagement presentations to help employees understand the value of their workplace savings.
Dobson formerly spent a year at the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority (PADA), the independent body that developed Nest.
Prior to that he spent 23 years at Axa as a business development manager in the corporate benefits business.
Dobson says: “It’s great to be back at B&CE, working with our employer clients to help their staff understand the benefits of saving with us. Our members are always at the heart of what we do and this role ensures we’re prioritising their needs as they save towards their future.”
