Dalriada Trustees has appointed Katy Vincent to be its chief operating officer.
In this role she will work from Dalriada’s Manchester office and oversee the independent trustee company’s ambitious growth plans.
Vincent joins from EY where she was COO of its legal managed services business. In the role she managed a transformational change programme, integrating employees from a number of acquisitions while expanding this division.
Before joining EY Vincent was director of operations of a boutique law firm, helping build the business from a start-up until it was acquired by EY in 2018.
In her time at EY she also served as chair of the executive board and compliance officer for finance and administration for EY’s legal managed services business.
Dalriada managing director Chris Roberts says: ”Dalriada is a rapidly growing and developing business in a fast moving sector. Throughout her career, [Vincent] has demonstrated her ability to guide companies through periods of growth and operational transformation, and this experience will prove invaluable in the next phase of our growth story.”
