Lucy Pearce has joined the senior management team at Advo, becoming a shareholding director and co-owner alongside Larry Bulmer, Colin Boxall and Chris McCracken.
Pearce first joined Advo in 2006 and has risen through the organisation from a junior administration role to the boardroom.
Bummer says: “Lucy’s rise from joining as a teenager, in a junior administration role, to today, a senior board member is an inspirational journey and shows what can be achieved with determination, perseverance and energy, all mixed with a bit of business acumen too.” The announcement, at Advo’s end of year black-tie gala, was well received by staff, where Lucy is a popular member of the team.”
