Barnett Waddingham has appointed five new partners in its consultancy business as part of a wider series of promotions, designed to support its continued growth.
The firm has appointed Alex Toney (employer consulting), Collette Graham (pension administration) Kathryn Ruston (SSAS), Mark Norquay (actuarial consulting) and Vivienne Maclure (insurance and longevity consulting) to be equity partners in the business.
It says these five will play a key role in leading the firm’s expansion across the various key markets.
In addition it has made a further 42 promotions across the business. Barnett Waddingham says this comes as it has seen its fastest growth in its 35-year history, with revenue climbing 20.7 per cent to £146m last year.
Barnett Waddingham senior partner Andrew Vaughan says: “With these talented individuals joining our expanding leadership team, I am confident that we will continue to be able to provide innovative, transformative solutions, and in turn sustain our significant organic growth.”
He adds that the business, which employs 1,750 professionals works hard to ensure that its robust training and development programs allow individual to develop their skills to reach their full potential across a wide range of disciplines.
The firm has also seen three of its partners retire: Damian Stancombe, Ian Ward, and Danny Wilding.
