Six UK-based consultants have been named as partners in Aon’s global business has announced the promotion of six new UK-based partners to its global business.
Kate Charsley, AonKate Charsley is a senior investment consultant who chairs the firm’s UK Investment Committee and is a member of the Investment Practice leadership team. She currently also leads the Bristol consulting team.
Kate Cramer leads the equities division of McLagan’s Performance practice delivering advice and analytics to investment banks, brokers and research and execution specialists globally.
Craig Jefford has worked at Aon for 20 years and is the pensions actuarial services leader for the UK retirement practice, responsible for early years careers recruitment, development and talent management for teams in the UK and India, as well as for operational effectiveness across the UK.
Karen McWilliam is a specialist in public sector pension schemes.
Jenny Merry has worked at Aon for over 15 years and is Aon’s UK talent practice leader, delivering employee engagement strategies, including the design, administration and analysis of employee feedback and post-survey actions.
Alison Murray heads Aon’s public sector actuarial services business in UK Retirement.
