Aon has appointed Laura Jackson to join the trustee board for its Aon MasterTrust.
Jackson currently works as a consultant, with a focus on employee health and wellbeing. She previously spent over 20 years with Credit Suisse, in roles including global head of benefits strategy and EMEA head of benefits, pensions, payroll and wellbeing.
She was also a trustee on Credit Suisse’s UK and overseas pension arrangements.
Aon, head of UK DC Solutions, Louise Wheeler says: “Jackson brings a rare combination of experience to The Aon MasterTrust, having operated both at trustee board level and as a senior corporate leader responsible for pension strategy.
“This dual perspective gives her a valuable understanding from both sides, alongside a insight into how we can continue to enhance engagement and support for pension scheme members.”
The other members of The Aon MasterTrust board are the chair, Kim Nash of ZEDRA Governance, Jenny Davidson of BESTrustees, Jonathan Hawkins, Paul Macro and Keith Scott of Law Debenture Pension Trustees.
