Aon has appointed Mike Pedel as head of global benefits and will lead the global benefits team.

Pedel will join the Human Capital Executive Committee, work out of London, and report to Lambros Lambrou, CEO of Aon’s human capital division.

He will oversee Aon’s health solutions for multinational corporations and worldwide wealth teams as part of a larger global benefits team, applying Aon’s experience to address the human capital needs of multinational clients.

Pedel has spent the previous 14 years working with Aon in a variety of leadership capacities across three different solution lines.

Lambrou says: “Mike is well positioned to further advance collaboration and innovation across our global benefits team and to better respond to our clients’ integrated workforce needs and desires for a partner that can drive a more holistic approach to the employee value proposition.”
