Towergate Employee Benefits has appointed Roberto Russo as global benefits management principal consultant.
Russo has strong expertise in global employee benefits, having spent nine years at Generali Employee Benefits and MAXIS Global Benefits Network. He has supported multinational organisations in structuring and delivering benefits strategies across geographies, including the use of financing solutions such as pooling, global underwriting programmes, and captives.
Russo will be responsible for managing, retaining and developing a portfolio of global client. He will be involved in face-to-face communication with prospective and existing clients as well as the growth and development of other individuals within the team.
He joins a growing team that supports clients in over 120 countries and will be supporting and reporting to head of international Sarah Dennis.
