Benifex has appointed Shmulik Barel as its chief technology officer.
Barel will be responsible for scaling the company’s technology platform, increasing engineering effectiveness, enabling faster innovation and ensuring the technology platform can support Benifex’s long-term global growth.
He will also work with chief product officer Blake Pinard to accelerate product delivery and shape the future of Benifex’s product platform and customer experience.
Barel has served as CTO, COO, CEO, and VP of Engineering across high-growth software businesses, including Playform, Como, and Workhuman. He has built and led large global engineering organisations, driven enterprise-scale technology transformation and delivered significant improvements in engineering performance, product delivery and operational excellence.
